Cow Appreciation Day
This past Friday was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A. Simply put, it meant that if you wore a 'cow' outfit to any Chick-Fil-A, they would give you a free meal--thats right, not just a free sandwich or a drink but the whole enchilada. So we made the kids some home made cow shirts and trekked on off to Chick-Fil-A for some free food. You couldn't ask for a better combination (Free food + Chick-Fil-A = Heaven on earth).
Here the kids are sporting their 'bootleg', I mean 'homemade' cow shirts. Even though they were bootleg, they kids loved them and they got the job done--meaning, we got free food!
The kids favorite part of the experience was hanging out with the Chick-Fil-A cow!!!
Free food and free toys!!!
Carson and Isa even got their face painted by some Chick-Fil-A employees. Isa, our little princess, went with the big Heart on her cheek. I love having a little princess!!!
Carson is seen here sporting a Baseball. I was proud of my boy. Out of all the things that he could have chosen, he went with the baseball. That's my boy!
I just have to say that Chick-Fil-A is great at customer service! I mean they gave away free food, they painted our kids faces, they had games for the kids to play and they were serving samples of their new peach milkshakes--that is good stuff!!! Can't wait for the next Cow Appreciation Day...Hurry up!!!
